Formulation for Deep Draw Molds
- Excellent for most thermoplastics: ABC, acetyl, nylon, vinyl, PVC
- Other: phenolic, urethane
- Contains KRYTOX® *
Will not create “hydraulic effect” on deep drafted molds. Dry film will not pick up dust or dirt. Remains inert when exposed to corrosive reagents. Excellent, fast-drying lubricant for injection molding where clarity and deep draw are important, especially with hard, brittle resins. Maximum operating temperature: 500F.
