Thermocouple and RTD Probes
Custom Probes can be manufactured quickly in thermocouple types J and K, and in standard 100 ohm RTDs. Standard probe is 100 ohms with .00385 ohm/ohm/oC calibration. Other calibration curves available. RTDs available with 3 wire and 2 wire configurations. Probe body and metal hose are stainless steel. Lead wire is stranded 20 gauge on all configurations except 204, 205, 216 and 217, which have 24 gauge. Probe tip is welded (not brazed) and machined to fit the bottom of a drilled hole, unless otherwise specified. All probes are grounded (thermocouple leads are electrically connected to sheath).

Bayonet Adapter is used to convert 1/8" diamter probes (such as configurations 204 and 205) to boyonet probes. Adapter is slipped onto the probe and located at the desired position, then the nut is tightened to premanently attach the adapter at the location. (Probe not included.)
