Housing Canister
The Triple R housing is designed to accept oil under very high pressure, and regulate the flow to a precise volume. Flow volume varies depending upon the size of the housing required, from 24 to 48 gallons/hour. The flow volume is maintained with extreme precision by a patented flow control valve built into the housing.
Avoiding pressure surges is vital when capturing microscopic contaminant particles. The Triple R media prevents these microscopic particles from “washing” through and entering the system again.
Superior Element Technology
The Triple R Element incorporates several patented features which allow for extreme accuracy and precision in particulate removal. Oil flows across the surface and enters the element in a downward flow path. The deeper in the element the oil flows, the smaller the media pore size becomes. This tapered pore feature captures the largest particles on the surface while smaller particles are captured lower in the element.
The decreasing pore size within the media allows an even dispersing of particulates within the element. The consistent winding pressure from the element core to the outer edge virtually eliminates a common problem called channeling. The small fiber size and cross crepe weave pattern within the media are special features which increase holding capacity. All of these features combine to create an oil purification element with renowned performance.
