Mouldpro Power Sliding Mold Clamps
Mouldpro’s sliding mechanism allows the clamp to slide about 2 inches forward or backward in a T-slot while remaining mounted on the platen— much faster than the traditional process of bolting clamps to the platen every time.
Mouldpro clamps can be either bolted to the platen or fastened in the T-slots, if T-slots are configured on the machine. The clamp can be easily adjusted to secure the mold and quickly tightened into position.
Mouldpro Power Sliding Clamps offer adjustable reach to accommodate a range of mold and backplate sizes. Planning ahead will help maximize time savings during installation. These clamps work best with molds built with bases that fall within a size range or have a standard plate that are within the clamp’s reach once mounted.

FasTie eliminates the need for mold setters and technicians to insert their hands into the machine to attach the ejector rods to the ejector plate. FasTie enables operators to automatically couple and uncouple the rods quickly and easily – within just 1 to 2 minutes.
Traditionally, tying in an ejector plate is a manual system that requires the mold setter to physically bolt the ejector rod to the machine’s ejector plate. Machine guards and other physical barriers make manually bolting ejection rods difficult and time-consuming.
