SMARTFLOW Mold Validation Cart

The SMARTFLOW Mold Validation Cart is a portable cooling waterline test unit that facilitates cooling water bench testing of plastic injection molds outside of an injection molding machine.

The cart includes a pump and reservoir to supply cooling water to an on-board 4-port manifold system. The on-board Smartlink® Tracer®VM Interface records the test data onto a USB or integrated laptop for validation or analysis.

Mold Maintenance Shops – Document flow rate before and after mold maintenance.

Mold Builders – Confirm target flow rate of mold cooling lines before shipping to a customer or molding department.

Injection Molding Processors – Troubleshoot restricted, clogged, or leaking water lines outside of the molding machine to free injection molding machine time.
