Tracer® Electronic
The SMARTFLOW Mold Validation Cart is an efficiency tool, most useful for large injection molding facilities with decentralized mold test needs. The cart can be moved to individual workstations for on-demand use, bypassing the need to wait for availability of a maintenance bench. Ball valves and quick disconnect fittings are included on each manifold port for water circuit isolation.

- Powder-Coated Cart with locking casters for mobile convenience
- 18-Gallon Water Tank and 1/2 HP Pump for cooling water containment and supply
- 1″ NPT Supply Water Manifold, blue anodized aluminum with (4) ports and 100 psi reference pressure gauge
- 1″ NPT Return Water Manifold, red anodized aluminum with (4) ports, TracerVM base flow meters, Delta-Q® flow regulators
- Ball Valves and Quick-Disconnect Fittings for circuit isolation and speedy connection to injection molds on a bench, in storage or on a press
- Smartlink® TracerVM Interface for on-board flow data collection and communication to mobile devices
- SWAP® Valve for quick evacuation of all circuits between mold tests.
- Optional Notebook Computer preloaded with SMARTFLOW Data-Logging software (Ethernet switch included)
