Barb-Tech™  V is our next generation portable and light-weight hose fitting insertion tool used to simplify the assembly of many hose and fitting combinations used in injection molding, transportation, industrial, and construction applications, as well as push-lock hose and fitting combinations, just to name a few.

The Barb-Tech™ V is a new hose gripping system designed to grip a wide variety of hose materials without damage to the outside hose surface for smooth, effortless, precise installation of your fittings.

The ORIGINAL Barb-Tech™ IIc Hose Assembly Tool

The ORIGINAL Barb-Tech™ IIc push-lock hose assembly tool is for many industrial applications. Quickly install barbed fittings with ease by holding the fitting steady with our easy to change “Click-On” mandrels and guide the hose through the self gripping jaw system. A few squeezes of the handle and you’re finished. Barb-Tech™ IIc is portable and lightweight, allowing technicians to take it to the hose, rather than take the hose to the tool.

Installs most  1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, and some 3/4″ fittings with the “Click-On” mandrel design. Optional mandrels are available for the hard to hold 45° and 90° elbow fittings.
